The Green Country Giggers Association will be hosting their fish gigging tournament on April 11 and April 12 in the Grand Lake OK area. Participants will on Lake Eucha near Jay, Oklahoma. Individuals and families are welcome to participate in the excitement.

Two person teams will rush on the lake in flat boats during the night starting at 9 pm to gig fish. Gigging spears are used during the event to reflect upon the historical Cherokee Indian tradition.

Teams will compete in the tournament for awards, rights to brag, as well as cash prizes. This event is held on a yearly basis and is a wonderful experience. Thousands of people have joined this popular Grand Lake OK event.
