The Veteran's Memorial & Honor Walk is located in Grove, Oklahoma. This Grand Lake Ok attraction is a result of community efforts to give honor to veterans. The memorial is placed in front of the Grove Community Center and offers visitors the opportunity to observe a moment of peace in honor of those who have served in the armed forces. Nine flag poles are displayed proudly flying Old Glory and honoring our forces. The center focus of the memorial is a large, black granite monument which displays names of the six branches on three sides. Freedom has never been free and many men as well as women have paid the price for the freedom of our country.
