One of Grand Lake's oldest holiday traditions, the Grove Christmas Parade, is scheduled for December 14th in Grove, Oklahoma at 6 pm. The parade will start at the Grove Community Center located at 104 West 3rd Street. The theme for this year is "Inside Santa's Workshop." In years past, entries into the parade have been up to 90 which are typical of this yearly Grand Lake OK event. The community and visitors come to see some of the most spectacular floats in the procession. Adults and children enjoy the time spent watching the parade as well as enjoying fellowship around them. Regardless of the weather, this annual holiday tradition brings many families and friends together to celebrate the holiday season. The Grove Christmas Parade is one of the largest displays in the area for Grand Lake during this time of year.
