Lendonwood Gardens is a beautiful botanical garden holding eight acres of exquisite beauty. The garden was created by Dr. Miller in Grove, Oklahoma. The garden attracts a large number of visitors each year.
Pathways are shady and the grounds holds more than twelve hundred different types of plants to enjoy. Lendonwood offers variety in each season of the year.
Seven distinct gardens are on the grounds, each with a different theme. A display garden is located at the entrance. Visitors are also greeted with a Japanese Pavilion Garden, English Terrace Garden, Oriental Garden, Angel of Hope Garden, American Backyard Garden, and an Azalea Garden.
Most of the garden areas are accessible to those with disabilities. Free golf cart transportation is available for those who reserve at least one week in advance. Self-guided tours, as well as guided tours, are available. Groups interested in touring can call 918-786-2938.
